Manji Biscuits Limited Company relies on robust inventory structures to feed our manufacturing lines and supply our markets. We strive to maintain smooth warehouse and distribution operations across our Kenyan branches.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytically minded Stock Controller to manage inventories, coordinate stock movements, reconcile records, and prevent shortages or excesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock balances to avoid disruptions.
• Perform physical stock counts regularly and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Maintain clear digital records of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
• Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams.
• Ensure complete compliance with the company’s inventory control policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities, organization, and proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory systems.
• Experience: Previous experience in stock auditing or FMCG stock management is highly regarded.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
