Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate real-time inventory records

Enforce strict receiving and issuance controls

Conduct regular stock counts and resolve variances

Monitor material consumption, wastage, and abnormal usage trends

Ensure proper store organization, labelling, and FIFO/FEFO compliance

Generate inventory reports

Maintain audit-ready documentation

Supervise store staff

Requirements:

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in inventory/stores management within a manufacturing environment

Strong experience handling raw materials and production consumables

Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems

Demonstrated ability to manage stock reconciliation and investigate variances
