JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary

We are hiring an organized and meticulous Storekeeper to assume responsibility for receiving, housing, issuing, and documenting all inventory items passing through the company's warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage physical storage areas to ensure cleanliness and proper categorization.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify documentation.
• Issue packaging materials, ingredients, or finished goods in line with requisition rules.
• Maintain manual and electronic logs of store receipts, issues, and balances.
• Support regular physical stocktakes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: KCSE Certificate (minimum requirement). A Diploma in Stores Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Practical storekeeping or inventory-handling experience, preferably in food/manufacturing.
• Skills: Systematic, highly organized, and physically capable of handling warehouse storage work.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
