Royal Eco Resort — a smartware, eco-friendly destination — is opening count when meeting consumers’ needs and expectations to help meet financing items and help us deliver world-class hospitality in a service natural setting.

Safety and supervision: Monitor the pool area, supervise swimmers to prevent accidents, and enforce all pool rules and safety regulations. Emergency response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, administer first aid, and assist swimmers in distress. Maintenance and cleaning: Ensure the pool and surrounding areas are clean, check and maintain water quality, and report any maintenance issues. Customer service: Greet guests, provide assistance, answer questions about the facility, and help maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Physical fitness: Must be a strong swimmer and physically capable of performing tasks like standing for long periods and lifting equipment. Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with guests and staff. Observation: Must be alert, observant, and able to concentrate to spot potential hazards and ensure safety. Emergency readiness: Ability to remain calm and act effectively in emergency situations. Problem-solving: Capable of handling guest requests and resolving issues promptly.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a swimming pool attendant
  • Relevant certification in post-delay, fitness, or recreation services
