Job Purpose:
To identify, develop, and manage talent to grow their career, brand, and opportunities while aligning with company or client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment.
- Scout, audition, and recruit talent such as artists, influencers, athletes, actors, or employees with high potential.
- Career Development
- Create growth plans, training, coaching, and exposure opportunities to build skills and visibility.
- Contract & Opportunity Management
- Negotiate contracts, brand deals, auditions, gigs, or internal placements. Protect the talent’s interests.
- Brand & Image Management
- Guide public image, social media presence, portfolio, and PR strategy to keep the talent marketable.
- Performance & Welfare Support
- Monitor progress, give feedback, handle challenges, and ensure the talent’s wellbeing and professionalism.
- Stakeholder Relations
- Liaise with brands, agencies, legal teams, and media on behalf of the talent.
Key Requirements
- Education: Degree/Diploma in HR, Business, Communications, Performing Arts, or related field.
- Experience: Over 5 years in talent management with more than 2 years as a talent manager is a must.
- Skills: Negotiation, networking, communication, contract knowledge, social media, and people management.
- Traits: Discreet, proactive, well-connected, and results-driven.
