The Team Leader, supports, and motivates the branch team to achieve branch targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet long-term goals in line with the company's vision and values. They oversee customer applications, approvals, loan disbursements, and collections.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare financial breakdown and analysis for the branch.
  • Manage and supervise employees, providing day-to-day leadership and oversight.
  • Maintain and oversee all procedures and processes.
  • Oversee approvals of loans, lines of credit, and other financial plans.
  • Assist with customer service and satisfaction.
  • Market the branch within the community to attract business.
  • Record and research all financial information for analysis.
  • Document and interpret complex financial information for clients.
  • Advise on procedures and policy implementation.
  • Forecast and plan according to company objectives.
