TEAM LEADER

Red Giant Media Agency is looking for a responsible, proactive, and motivated Team Leader to manage and coordinate field teams during brand activations and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field team members during activations and events
• Ensure all activities are executed smoothly and according to plan
• Coordinate with management and provide activity reports
• Support the team to deliver high-quality brand experiences

OVERVIEW

• Site surveys & execution
• Team coordination & logistics
• On-ground troubleshooting

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Previous experience in activations or events will be an added advantage

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
