The Technical Assistant– Franchise QA will provide supportive supervision to Tunza and other franchise facilities, implement quality improvement initiatives, and monitor facility performance to ensure delivery of high-quality SRH services. The role will also support program logistics, data reporting, and coordination with key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of franchise program activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide supportive supervision to Tunza and franchise facilities in Kilifi and Mombasa counties.
- Conduct regular facility visits and prepare supportive supervision reports and implementation updates for donor validation.
- Support facilities to achieve and maintain a client satisfaction score of at least 4.7/5.
- Ensure franchise facilities qualify for 100% reimbursement under the performance-based model.
- Proactively identify and address compliance risks to prevent suspension or termination of facilities.
- Support replacement of non-performing facilities with interested and performing franchise facilities where necessary.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of quarterly and monthly program reports.
- Implement quality assurance guidelines and support facilities to develop Quality Improvement (QI) plans.
- Analyze franchise program reports to identify, map, and assess facility and regional performance.
- Manage program logistics including equipment and commodity supplies to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation and management of adverse events or complications in accordance with program policy.
- Facilitate the roll-out of Hormonal IUCD and DMPA-SC services across franchise facilities.
- Foster effective teamwork and maintain communication with the head office for feedback and coordination.
- Represent the organization in relevant stakeholder forums and meetings when required.
- Support quality management activities including quality audits, SRH service provision, counselling, and SRHR/MNH training.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Improved facility performance and quality of SRH service delivery.
- Consistent achievement of facility-specific quarterly targets.
- Timely and accurate supervision documentation and program reporting.
What you’ll bring:
- Degree or Diploma in Clinical Medicine, Nursing, or a related health field.
- Experience in SRH service delivery, quality assurance, or facility supervision is an added advantage.
- Computer literacy with ability to prepare program and supervision reports
