Technical Intern

ROLE SUMMARY
We’re looking for a proactive Infrastructure Technician Intern to support field installations, equipment recovery, and customer support – with a focus on SME and Enterprise clients. You’ll help ensure high-quality installations, smooth client experiences, and assist technical and sales teams in achieving service and revenue goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support SME/Enterprise installations and repairs.

Manage installation orders to meet revenue goals.

Provide timely feedback and reports on installation progress.

Liaise between clients, contractors, and design teams.

Commission and test equipment post-installation.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.

Be available for emergency technical support.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Telecommunication, Electrical, IT, or related field.

At least 6 months of ISP field installation experience.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Customer-focused with solid technical and organizational abilities.
