Responsibilities or duties

To drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in UFCEA range of animal nutrition and health products by leveraging technical expertise to provide effective solutions, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic account management and new business development.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

A university degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.

Strong technical knowledge of animal nutrition products and solutions.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.

Experience needed

Proven sales experience in the animal nutrition industry.

Ability to travel extensively.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in animal nutrition products.
  • Manage and grow sales with existing customers.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers on animal nutrition solutions.
  • Gather and analyze market data to inform sales strategies.
  • Champion continual improvement initiatives within the organization, driving a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Engage key stakeholders in PaTaMu (Continual Improvement) initiatives, fostering collaboration and ownership.
  • Represent the company's interests in industry forums, such as feed miller association, advocating for regulatory policies and industry standards that benefit UFCEA.
