What You’ll Do

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales, call volume, and customer acquisition targets.
  • Conduct outbound calls daily to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, institutions, and wholesalers.
  • Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into active buying accounts.
  • Reactivate dormant and inactive customers to resume purchasing.
  • Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and excellent service.
  • Receive customer orders accurately and coordinate timely fulfillment with operations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, pipeline updates, and sales reports.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry standards.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical tele sales
  • Experience dealing with pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare customers.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive phone presence.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel, email, and CRM systems.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
