What You’ll Do
- Meet and exceed monthly sales, call volume, and customer acquisition targets.
- Conduct outbound calls daily to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, institutions, and wholesalers.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into active buying accounts.
- Reactivate dormant and inactive customers to resume purchasing.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and excellent service.
- Receive customer orders accurately and coordinate timely fulfillment with operations.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, pipeline updates, and sales reports.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry standards.

Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 1–2+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical tele sales
- Experience dealing with pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare customers.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive phone presence.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel, email, and CRM systems.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
