We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Site Supervisor with direct experience in timber structure construction, MEP coordination, and finishing works within the same project environment.

This is not a conventional concrete-based role. The position requires strong control of interfaces between timber structure, building services, and finishes, with a focus on quality, detailing, and execution.

Role

• Oversee daily site execution and subcontractor coordination
• Supervise timber construction as part of the permanent building structure
• Coordinate plumbing, electrical, and finishing trades
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and required standards
• Monitor workmanship, detailing, and overall construction quality
• Maintain site records, reporting, and progress tracking
• Identify issues early and enforce corrective action on site

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ hands-on site supervision experience
• Ability to read, interpret, and enforce construction drawings
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and site control
• Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors on site
• Experience in timber construction, carpentry, or light-structure works as part of the permanent building (not temporary formwork)
• Experience in high-quality building or fit-out works involving coordination of multiple trades (not limited to painting and/or tiling only)
• Practical experience coordinating plumbing and electrical works within the building (beyond single-trade installation roles)
