Job Purpose

Reporting to the CEO, the overall purpose of the Trade Supervisor is to lead, coach, and drive performance of ZealSCENTS Trade Sales Executives across assigned retail partners and ensure that all trade channels reflect the luxury and premium positioning of ZealSCENTS and Aroma Vibe respectively, while consistently achieving sales targets, expanding distribution, and maintaining strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Directly oversee all Trade Sales Executives within assigned territory.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets for the team.
  • Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and field discipline.
  • Hold structured weekly performance review meetings.

Train Trade Sales Executives on:

  • ZealSCENTS brand story and luxury positioning
  • Product knowledge (notes, collections, gifting lines)
  • Luxury selling techniques and customer profiling
  • Trade partner engagement and negotiation skills
  • Conduct onboarding training for new team members.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Lead role-play sessions to improve conversion and upselling skills.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Drive the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track performance vs targets daily.
  • Support underperforming team members with corrective action plans.
