JOB DETAILS:
NYOTA YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING
Execuget Consult Ltd in JV with Center for Strategy & Management is undertaking training for youth beneficiaries of the NYOTA project in Nakuru County.
As such, they are seeking qualified mentors and trainers to support the youths in wards that fall under these Nakuru Constituencies:
Naivasha
Nakuru Town East
Nakuru Town West
Njoro
Rongai
- Trainers
The selected trainers will include a mix of men and women and aim to ensure gender balance.
Required Qualifications of Trainers
Be a Holder of a Bachelor's degree in entrepreneurship, business management or related fields.
Have a minimum three (3) years specific experience and technical capacity in implementing BDS programs including business entrepreneurship training.
Have experience working with youth and vulnerable population.
Have experience in supporting early-stage businesses in the micro enterprise sector.
Demonstrate an understanding of the local community context of micro and small enterprises.
Have proficiency in written and spoken English and Kiswahili. Knowledge of the local language in the participating counties will be an added advantage.
