The Ritz-Carlton, Masai Mara Safari Camp invites you to join our team and become part of a legacy where luxury meets authenticity in one of Africa’s most enchanting landscapes.

Your Role

Assist with the scheduling, preparation of materials, attendance tracking, and documentation required for onboarding, compliance training, and refresher programs, ensuring each session is executed with care and precision.

Maintain well-structured and accurate training records, and support the implementation of learning frameworks tailored to the Camp’s operational needs and service philosophy.

Partner with department teams to gather feedback, update learning content, and contribute to ongoing development initiatives that enhance service excellence.

Support the preparation and coordination of LQA, BSA, and Forbes brand audit programs, ensuring readiness and alignment with brand expectations.

Monitor key service performance indicators such as GSS, Medallia, and brand audit metrics to help identify development opportunities and support continuous improvement efforts.

Help ensure alignment with service recovery standards, BSA expectations, and the Camp’s overall operational excellence goals.

In collaboration with the Human Resources support recognition activities, coaching moments, and culture-focused engagements that reinforce the Culture of Ladies and Gentlemen.

Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and provide documentation, data, and operational assistance that support individual and departmental development plans.

Assist in coordinating leadership development initiatives and culture-based programs across the Camp, ensuring each experience is delivered with consistency, purpose, and Ritz-Carlton elegance.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality training coordination, learning support, or administrative roles within luxury environments.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage schedules, documentation, and training logistics effectively.

Experience with Marriott International or familiarity with global luxury brand standards.

Confidence in supporting training delivery, facilitating small sessions, and coordinating brand-standard materials.

Passion for professional development, service excellence, and contributing to a culture rooted in warmth, authenticity, and continuous learning.
