Background
Thika Technical Training Institute is a Government Technical Training institute established under the Ministry of Education, State Department for Vocational and Technical Training via certificate number MOHEST/GC/1459/011A. It stands at 45 acres of land. Its history dates back to 1949 when it was started as a vocational training center for former World War ll servicemen which was then elevated to technical high school where primary graduates were admitted for secondary education with a technical bias.
Qualifications or requirements
- Diploma Automotive engineering
- Proven Experience in Motor Vehicle Mechanics and Repair
- Knowledge in logistics management, supply chain, business administration or a related field will be an added advantage
- Three (3) years of functional experience in transport officer, transport coordination or dispatching
- A valid driving license (BCE/D3 license)
- Valid Certificate of Good conduct
- Proficiency in transport operation and data analysis.
- Verbal communication, interpersonal skills and team leadership

Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
