Job Summary
Reporting to the Tours and Travel Coordinator, the position holder will be responsible for coordinating the entire travel experience including planning itineraries, tours, and visa advisory.

Key Responsibilities
• Air Ticketing
• Travel Advisory
• Visa Advisory
• Local and International Hotel Booking.
• Safari Planning.

Minimum job requirements
For appointment to this position, one must possess;
• Diploma in Tourism Management, Tours, and Travel or Equivalent.
• IATA or GDS training Certificate.
• Expertise with the Galileo/Amadeus GDS platform and web fares.
• MUST have at least 3- 4 years’ experience as a Ticketing / Travel Consultant in a busy travel agency or airline.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suites.
• Desired Attributes and Competencies
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have good Conflict and complaint resolution skills.
• Must have excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and get things done on schedule.
• Should be Self-motivated, Confident, and have an outgoing personality.
• A Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent networking and prospecting skills.
