We are seeking to recruit Experienced Travel Consultants on full time basis;
The candidate must be confident and eloquent with at least 3yrs working experience as consultant, knowledgeable in all aspects of guest relations, bookings and reservations as well as safari costing, logistics and operations.

Client consultation: Meet with clients to understand their travel specifications, wishes, and budget. Itinerary creation: Design and propose custom travel itineraries and packages. Booking and reservations: Arrange flights, hotel accommodations, rental transportation, and other travel requirements. Destination expertise: Provide clients with information on destinations, customs, and travel regulations. Documentation assistance: Help clients secure necessary documents like visas and passports. Support: Offer support to clients throughout their journey, assisting with unexpected issues. Record keeping: Maintain electronic records of client information and bookings.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills are crucial for understanding client needs and building relationships. Sales and negotiation: The ability to sell services and negotiate rates is important, especially for group or corporate accounts. Organizational: Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary for managing multiple bookings and deadlines. Problem-solving: You must be able to think critically and handle issues like travel disruptions or client requests effectively. Customer service: A desire to help others and provide excellent service is fundamental. Technical: Proficiency with travel booking software and general computer skills is required. Geographic: A strong knowledge of global destinations, travel regulations, and tourism trends is necessary.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement, with a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field often preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is often preferred, especially with expertise in local and international arrangements. Certifications: While not always mandatory, certifications from recognized travel agencies
