The purpose of this internship is to provide support in the management of intermediary and direct insurance business transactions, including bancassurance, agency, broker, and other distribution channels within the general insurance operations.

The intern will gain practical experience in policy issuance, reconciliations, claims processing, renewals, and customer support while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Educational and Professional Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business Management or a related field.

A Diploma in Insurance or progress towards ACII/IIK will be an added advantage.

Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
