Background information about the job or company:

Unit Managers are responsible for recruiting, selecting, training, motivating, and developing independent agents and Direct Sales Force. They ensure the achievement of manpower and sales budgets, source quality and sustainable business for the company, grow the business with the set business mix, and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the achievement of manpower and sales budgets

Qualifications:

• Minimum K.C.S.E grade C plain
• Degree or diploma in any business-related field will be an added advantage
• Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
• Track record of three years in insurance sales
