• Develop and implement communication strategies for global development initiatives
• Collaborate with clients and partners to design impactful campaigns
• Create compelling content across digital and print platforms
• Support facilitation of workshops and global convenings

Qualifications or requirements

This is an open call across all levels and welcomes applicants with varied backgrounds. Strong candidates may have:

• Professional experience in communications, consulting, media, design, global development, or a related field
• A creative mindset and the ability to communicate compellingly in both written and visual formats
• Experience managing complex processes and delivering high-quality outputs under tight timelines
• Fluency in written and spoken English (Nordic languages, French, or Spanish are a plus)
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience running social media campaigns and analyzing performance data
• Skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign
• Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms
• Understanding of SEO best practices
