We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Vendor Account Manager to join our team! If you thrive on uncovering insights, making data-driven decisions, and turning complex data into actionable strategies, this opportunity is for you

Manage and maintain positive relationships with a portfolio of vendors. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to align with company objectives and budget. Evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to standards. Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and resolve issues and conflicts. Streamline vendor processes and document all relevant information. Track and manage account performance, making sure services meet the needs of internal clients. Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor services with business goals.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams. Negotiation: Ability to negotiate favorable terms and contracts. Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Organizational: High level of organization and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships. Financial Acumen: A fundamental understanding of contract terms and financial metrics. Technical: Familiarity with procurement and account management software is often beneficial.
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is often required. A degree in a specific industry can be beneficial depending on the role. Experience: Several years of experience in a relevant field, such as buying, product management, project management, or account management. Knowledge: Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes is crucial. Legal: Fundamental and legal understanding of contract terms is essential.
