Overview

The Van Sales Man will be responsible for driving sales and distributing Kenya Breweries Limited (KBL) products to retail outlets within Juja Town and its surrounding areas. The role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving assigned sales targets, managing product stock, collecting customer payments and ensuring proper reconciliation of sales and returnable empties.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong sales skills, integrity, customer service excellence and accountability while ensuring efficient route coverage and achievement of the company's sales objectives.

Job description

• Sell and distribute KBL products to retail outlets.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Recruit and maintain customers.
• Manage sales collections and stock accountability.
• Collect and reconcile empty crates and bottles.
• Submit daily sales reports.

Requirements

• KCSE certificate.
• At least 1–2 years' experience in FMCG or beverage sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in route sales and customer management.
• Good cash-handling and stock reconciliation skills.
• Must be results-oriented and customer-focused.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
