The Role
Zeno is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Vehicle Technician, Electrical to support the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Zeno's Electrical Motorcycle. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.

What You’ll Do:

  • Technical Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced electrical and mechanical issues in Zeno's electric motorcycles.
  • Assembly & Commissioning: Lead the assembly, functional checks, and commissioning of electric motorcycles to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal motorcycle performance and reliability.
  • Field Support: Provide on-site technical support for motorcycles in the field, including inspections, repairs, and performance optimizations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and train junior technicians, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, technical issues, and corrective actions related to the motorcycles.
  • Customer Interaction: Collaborate with early test customers and provide technical support to address motorcycle-related concerns.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and provide feedback to engineering and product development teams to enhance motorcycle performance.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical systems related to motorcycle assembly.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
