Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Vendor Incubation Associate Agent to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in growing our marketplace by executing our new seller incubation strategy. Your primary focus will be to onboard, nurture, and support new vendors from launch, ensuring their success and sustained growth on our platform. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building relationships, analyzing performance, and driving key metrics in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the end-to-end new seller incubation strategy, guiding vendors from initial onboarding to becoming active, successful partners.
  • Personally onboard, train, and provide ongoing support to a portfolio of new vendors, ensuring they understand platform tools, policies, and best practices.
  • Actively work to increase the number of active sellers and live SKUs (products) on the platform.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with vendors, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate.
  • Track, analyze, and report on seller performance metrics (e.g., sales growth, inventory levels, customer feedback) to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Proactively engage with sellers to ensure sustained activity, troubleshoot issues, and promote platform initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Category Management, and Customer Service to align seller growth with overall business goals.

Key Qualities & Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong relationship-management abilities.
  • Proven experience or aptitude in training, onboarding, and supporting clients or partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple vendor accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, seller portals, and online retail operations.
  • Highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, vendor relations, customer success, sales support, or a similar client-facing role. (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; experience with CRM or seller management tools is a plus.
