About Topserve

Topserve Limited is a leading supplier of baking ingredients, cake decorating accessories, and packaging solutions in Kenya, serving both retail and wholesale customers through physical branches and an e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders
  • Ensure proper storage, tagging, and tracking of stock (FIFO, batch control, expiry dates (where applicable)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates
  • Prepare and issue transfer orders to branches and outlets
  • Coordinate with branch for timely dispatch of orders
  • Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts and report variances to management
  • Monitor storage conditions including cleanliness, temperature control, and handling standards
  • Support internal controls, audits, and year-end stock take
  • Assist in improving warehouse efficiency and order turnaround times

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
  • 1-2 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations (FMCG, retail, ordistribution preferred)
  • MS Office spreadsheets and graphics - strong excel skills
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control, receiving, pick/pack operations
  • Minimum of 2 years in Warehouse operations
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP System (Materials Management) is an added advantage
