• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, utensils, and equipment.
• Wash, dry, and store dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies.
• Dispose of kitchen waste following health and safety guidelines.
• Support the kitchen team in basic food preparation and plating as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital infection prevention and control standards.
• Assist in serving meals to our clients
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor.
• Any other duty as may be assigned

• Knowledge of infection control, hygiene standards, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and a compassionate, respectful attitude toward patients.
• Physically fit

• K.C.S.E certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate or training in hospitality
• Prior experience in a hospital, mental health facility, or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
