Job Purpose Statement
Are you a service personnel who thrives in a vibrant nightlife atmosphere? We are looking for a confident, experienced service personnel to join our dynamic front of house team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service – Ensure guest satisfaction
- Upselling – Upsell our specials from food pairings to drinks
- Product knowledge – From food pairings to cocktails or upselling our specials, be confident in recommending to the client with the menu
- Target driven – Know how to meet and exceed targets
- Cleanliness & Hygiene – Maintain and follow food safety standards
Qualifications
- High school and Higher Learning Certificate
- Hospitality Experience (Club experience added advantage)
- Communication Skills
- Physical Stamina
- Customer Service Skills
