Warehouse Clerk - Nairobi
JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations by accurately processing customer orders, repacking pharmaceutical products in accordance with quality standards, and maintaining basic inventory records to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick, sort, and process customer orders accurately and within set timelines.
- Repack pharmaceutical products in line with established quality and safety procedures.
- Label, seal, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Assist in stock receiving, counting, and basic inventory management.
- Ensure products are handled, stored, and packed in accordance with warehouse procedures and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety within the warehouse.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged items, or operational issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all health, safety, security, and company policies while on duty.
- Perform any other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in a busy warehouse or an equivalent facility.
- Diploma in Business Administration/Diploma in Health Sciences or related courses.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and teamwork.
