As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll ensure safe and reliable delivery of products to customers. You'll conduct effective management in compliance to Baker Hughes standard procedures. Maintaining the warehouse within housekeeping and storage standards.
The Warehouse Supervisor compiles a list of high value customers with long term contracts, reviews material requirements on customer proposals, identifies a critical materials list for each customer, analyzes the critical materials list against inventory, generates a recommended Critical Material and Segregation for Customers report, and distributes the report to the Project Team
The Warehouse Supervisor reviews the report. Coordinate Material Planning and Segregation for the Project Jobs.
The Warehouse Supervisor creates the Goods Receipts for the Materials
Analyzes the report against current inventory and capacity and consults with both the Logistics Coordinator and the Service Delivery Coordinators of the respective product lines.
The Warehouse Supervisor ascertains if there are capacity limitations.
Modifies the materials/quantities to fit capacity restraints. The Logistics Coordinator and Service delivery coordinator should be consulted.
The Inventory Coordinator informs the Area of the modification.
Determine if current stocking levels need to be adjusted The Inventory Coordinator, with the Logistics coordinator input, determines if current stocking levels need to be adjusted.
Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics Coordinator work together to execute according to original or modified plan
Meeting company expectations for HSE standards and policy, this includes applying 5 fundamentals of a perfect HSE day.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED and relevant forklift experience.
- Show good experience of working within Quality, Logistics, Warehouse, or Inventory Management environment.
- Display the ability to identify and resolve problems and be able to implement effective improvements.
- Show the ability to be a team player and work collaboratively.
- Demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office
- Ensure safe and reliable delivery of products to customers.

- Compile a list of high value customers with long term contracts.
- Review material requirements on customer proposals.
