KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage warehouse operations in line with company policies, objectives, and vision.
• Oversee receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance of goods and warehouse facilities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, supply chain management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-4 years' experience in warehouse/fulfillment operations.
• Develop and enforce efficient warehouse policies, procedures, and operational standards..
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and motivate warehouse employees.
• Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Manage inventory, stock control, system reconciliation, and future warehouse capacity requirements.
• Prepare regular warehouse reports and performance statistics.
• Set performance expectations and conduct regular employee performance reviews.
• Promote a safe, positive, and productive working environment.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and proper condition of goods.
