Material preparation: Preparing the materials to be wound and loading them onto the machine. Quality control: Monitoring the winding process to ensure consistent tension, speed, and a balanced, even coil without imperfections. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on the machinery to keep it in good working order.
