Savanna Circuit manufactures and distributes last mile mobile solar milk chillers made of natural refrigerants to cut on energy refrigeration costs and minimize on dairy post harvest losses in developing countries while cutting down on heat loss that contribute to global warming.

Responsibilities or duties

The consultancy will focus on four core areas:

• Strengthening technical training systems, including curriculum refinement and a train-the-trainer approach for field agents and technicians
• Leadership capability and execution alignment for a small senior management team
• Strengthening operating rhythm and performance tracking practices
• Refinement of onboarding and core people-management processes
