Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring timely servicing and repair of vehicles
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of technicians and mechanics to achieve performance targets
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality and safety standards
- Coordinate workflow between the workshop and Aftersales department to optimize efficiency
- Monitor productivity, turnaround times, and operational efficiency, implementing improvements where necessary
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and cost control
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and training to workshop staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in an automotive workshop, with proven experience in a management role
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- In-depth technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
