• Monitoring project progress and reporting any deviations.
• Managing site resources, including personnel and equipment.
• Liaising with project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction and energy sector best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Relevant certifications in safety and site supervision are an advantage.
