JOB ADVERT – CREDIT CONTROLLER
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Company: Dodhia Packaging Kenya Limited, Kampala Road Industrial Area
Reports To: Chief Accountant

Dodhia Packaging Kenya Limited, a leading packaging manufacturing company, is seeking to
recruit an experienced Credit Controller Officer to join our dynamic Accounts Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor accounts receivables to ensure timely collection of outstanding
    debts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate prompt payments.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular reports on debtor status and aging analysis for management review.
  • Implement and enforce credit control policies and procedures in line with company
    objectives.
  • Liaise with the sales and production teams to resolve customer issues impacting payment.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • CPA(K) or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably within a
    manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Remuneration:
Gross Salary – KES 70,000 per month
