Hubspot CRM Designer & Developer

Working Hours: UK aligned Working Hours

Model: Work from office

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled CRM Designer & Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver effective CRM and business system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical and systems support across internal and client platforms
  • Troubleshoot software, integration, workflow, and operational issues efficiently
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, workflow maps, and process flows
  • Support CRM customization, automation, workflows, and reporting within HubSpot
  • Collaborate with developers and project teams during solution builds, testing, and deployments
  • Assist with QA processes, issue tracking, and defect resolution
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
  • Ensure solutions are delivered accurately, efficiently, and aligned with business objectives

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM configuration, workflows, automations, and reporting
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana and Miro
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting QA, testing, and defect management workflows
  • Understanding of systems integrations and operational support processes
  • Exposure to CRM optimization and workflow automation best practices

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with cross-functional product, development, or operations teams
  • Basic understanding of APIs or systems integrations
  • Previous experience in a SaaS, digital agency, or technology-driven environment
  • Experience supporting client-facing systems or implementations
