Urgently recruiting a MD for an insurance brokerage firm in Nairobi.

Strategic leadership: Develop and implement the company's business strategy, set long-term goals, and provide strategic advice to the board of directors. Operational oversight: Oversee all daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Financial management: Manage the company's finances, prepare budgets, monitor investments, and ensure revenue targets are met. Stakeholder relations: Build and maintain relationships with shareholders, partners, clients, and regulatory bodies. Public representation: Act as the public face of the company, representing it at events, conferences, and in legal matters. Team management: Lead and manage employees, oversee professional development, and foster a positive company culture. Policy and compliance: Establish internal company policies, procedures, and legal guidelines.

Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team towards a common vision. Strategic thinking: Capacity to develop and execute long-term plans and make strategic decisions. Financial acumen: Skills in financial management, budgeting, and understanding financial performance. Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and public speaking skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, assess market conditions, and make informed decisions. Organizational skills: Proficiency in managing complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and overseeing multiple departments. Business development: Experience in creating new business opportunities and driving growth.

Bachelor's degree in related field. Must have atleast 5 yrs experience as an MD or senior management position in an insurance brokerage sector.
