TradeSmart Consult Ltd is urgently constituting a pool of experts for an anticipated assignment supporting SMEs in business growth, circular economy, and inclusive enterprise development.

Experts Required (Per County)

For each county, we are seeking:

• 1 SME / Social Business Trainer

Role Focus

Trainers will deliver practical, participatory group-based SME trainings covering competitiveness, circular economy, innovation, and gender-inclusive business practices.

Coaches will provide hands-on, one-on-one coaching, supporting SMEs to implement circular and sustainable business improvements over time.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in SME training or coaching
• Strong background in business development services
• Experience in circular economy / green enterprises is an added advantage
• Trained in GIZ’s SME Loop methodology
• Strong gender-responsive and inclusive approaches
• Must be based in the respective county

Urgent: Experts will be engaged on short notice
