JOB DETAILS:

Job Overview

• Providing immediate medical attention to employees and contractors at Unity Homes
• Responding to emergencies.
• Administering first aid, training and hygiene inspections .
• Conducting TBT’s and ensuring that the site complies with health and safety regulations.
• Pre -Employment -Advice on employee status regarding the fit to work certificates .
• Medical Evaluation: Evaluate the health and condition of injured or ill workers and determine if further medical treatment is needed.

Job Description

• Coordinate with local available medical facilities for transportation if necessary.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of all medical treatments and incidents. Ensure all documentation is in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Assist in ensuring the construction site meets all health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential health risks.
• Training & Education: Provide training sessions for staff on first aid,CPR, and other health and safety practices. Promote health and wellness programs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of science in paramedical science
• EMT -Intermediate

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: bachelor degree
