JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Deli Chef to establish and manage our deli operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in setting up and running a successful deli, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and organize deli operations from planning to execution
• Develop and prepare deli menu items, including sandwiches, salads, and specialty dishes
• Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation
• Manage inventory and ordering for deli ingredients and supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Train and supervise deli staff as needed
• Create and maintain standard recipes and portion controls
• Monitor food costs and minimize waste

Requirements:

• Proven experience in deli setup and operations
• Strong knowledge of deli products and preparation techniques
• Understanding of food safety standards and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Creative menu planning skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
