The CEO will oversee the operations of the Elimu Fund, ensuring effective management of resources and alignment with county educational goals.
Job Description
- Provide strategic leadership in managing the Elimu Fund.
- Formulate policies and programs for equitable disbursement of resources.
- Ensure compliance with financial management and accountability standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in education development initiatives.
- Report to the County Government on performance and utilization of the Fund.
- Mobilize resources and partnerships to expand the reach of the Fund.
- Supervise staff and ensure efficiency in fund administration.
- Promote transparency and integrity in fund management.
