JOB DETAILS:
Job Desription For Revenue Clerk Iii
1. Collecting revenue from all revenue streams using cashless mode of revenue collection;
2. Preparing daily report on individual collection;
• Checking and enforcing the cashless payment system;
1. Reporting incidents and obstacles that may hinder smooth collection of revenue;
2. Creating awareness to traders on the cashless mode of revenue collection;
3. Ensuring safe custody of County Revenue Agency assets and records;
• Guiding motorists on registration and payment of parking fees via Cashless system;
• Preparing invoices and ensuring that traders make payments as County Finance Act,2019; and
1. Engaging and building good relationship with traders and creating a positive image of the County Government of Homabay.

Qualifications
1. Be a Kenyan Citizen;
2. Be a resident of Homabay County;
• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade C (Plain) or its approved equivalent;
1. Certificate in Computer Applications;
2. Relevant working experience in revenue or routine clerical work will be an added advantage;
3. Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
