Responsibilities or duties
As part of our 2027 Graduate Programme, you will embark on a 24-month structured learning and development journey designed to accelerate your career. Through rotational assignments, you will:
- Work on real business projects that deliver meaningful impact
- Gain exposure to industry-leading technologies and solutions
- Collaborate with diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Build practical experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment
- Develop technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities through structured learning and mentorship
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

- A strong learning mindset and passion for innovation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification:
- BEng. or BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Computer engineering
- Minimum academic average of 2nd Class Upper Division
- Recent graduate (Class of 2026) or graduating within the next 6 months
- Eligible to work in Kenya
- Available to work on-site and interested in practical, field-based learning experiences
- Must be a graduate from an accredited university
