MMARS Ltd is expanding and is looking to establish a dedicated Interior Design & Fit-Out Department. We are seeking passionate, creative, and experienced professionals to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury interior projects.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
  • Prepare technical drawings, working drawings, detailed specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate the selection, sourcing, and procurement of materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings.
  • Supervise site implementation to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved budgets and schedules.
  • Deliver projects that meet quality standards, client expectations, and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar applications.
  • Strong design, technical drawing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop creative and functional interior design solutions while meeting client requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in interior fit-out projects is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Create high-quality 3D visualizations and presentations.
  • Coordinate material selection and procurement.
  • Supervise site implementation and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Deliver projects within budget and on schedule.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar software.
  • Strong design, communication, and project management skills.
