Responsibilities

•  The guard will also double as caretaker
  
•  Welcoming visitors with courtesy as well as checking them
  
•  Patrolling various parts of the property
  
•  Respond to any emergency calls
  
•  Cleaning the compound and ensuring the area is clean always
  
•  Ensure security and take care of the property
  
•  Direct visitors appropriately
  
•  Keep visitor’s records
  

Key Requirements

•  Previous work experience as a guard/caretaker
  
•  Flexible to work long hours
  
•  Good communication skills
•  Certificate of good conduct required
