Calmness under pressure: Remaining composed in chaotic and stressful situations Resilience and emotional strength: Being able to cope with distressing and difficult situations Integrity and honesty: Acting with strong ethical principles Leadership: Taking charge and leading rescue teams when necessary
Advanced life support (ALS) procedures, such as administering IV fluids and medications Performing CPR and other life-saving interventions Conducting patient assessments and taking medical histories Basic life support (BLS) skills, including bleeding control
Education: A degree or diploma in paramedicine is often required License: A valid manual driving license is mandatory. Certification: Passing certification exams is necessary after completing training. Professional registration: Many countries require registration with a professional body.
