• You will formulate sales budget and develop strategies for the achievement of planned sales. • You are responsible for sourcing for new clients through activations, meetings, referrals, site visits, cold-calling and all forms of sales prospecting. • You shall conduct client service -presenting sales pitches to clients, following up on closure of sales to endure business revenue generation and updating clients on work progress. • You will be taking part in strategy meetings with the workshop team to plan execution of works and supervision of the same to ensure targets and timelines are met. • You shall follow up on client invoicing and payments and present monthly sales reviews to the Management. • You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Outdoor projects from start to finish. • You are expected to meet allocated sales targets by proactively engaging in sales activities, with all performance measured against sales targets. • Manage the sales process, all the way from identification of a client, towards closing and signing of sales contracts. • Presenting monthly sales reviews to the Management. • Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Communicating effectively with customers and maintaining up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, deals of the month. • Ensure all signage and POP products meet quality standards and client specifications before delivery. • You will identify innovative ways of increasing revenue generations
• You have strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills • You are excellent at targeting and generating sales leads; • You have strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. • You are attentive to detail and quality control. • You possess the following personal attributes: great communication, organizational, time management. people networking, integrity, self–motivated and strong interpersonal skills • You are experienced in identifying potential sales targets, and demonstrate high levels of integrity • You have the ability to develop long-term integrated and cross-functional marketing plans, ability to operationalize strategy into sales; • You have customer support acumen, business savvy, innovative, an excellent organizing and planning skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing Design or a business-related field from a recognized institution. • 3-5 years demonstrable sales experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing role within the marketing, advertising, or printing industries. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies. • Proficiency in software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and project management tools • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales challenges
