We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our hospitality team in Rwai, Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the business.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Handle payroll processing and statutory deductions
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
  • Assist in budgeting and internal forecasting
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA (Part III or above preferred)
  • Proven experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry
