Accountant skills include strong analytical and technical abilities like proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel, coupled with soft skills such as attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving. 

Calculate, post business transactions, customer receipts, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts receivable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organisation Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments Axiomatic invoices to be completed for receipting Verify and calculate all extensions and calls on invoices from DMS and upload to the ERP. Review inventory movement reports (CIRFS) from DMS Maintain copies of receipts, invoices or correspondence necessary for files Prepare accounts reconciliation, debator reconciliation listing invoice number, date, client address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures. Reconcile bank statements

Knowledge of the banking policies and procedures. Ability to organize data and draft reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Strong communication skills that help to develop courtroom conversation with the clients. Proficient in managing the finance office with minimal supervision

At least CPA part 2 is mandatory. A degree is accounting though not compulsory, is helpful. Strong proficiency in Microsoft office. At least 2 years experience in a finance environment
